Note:
RefViz 2 requires Java and works best when the Java is installed from its own internal installer.
Some users running Vista and Mac OS X 10.5 have had serious issues with using RefViz on their systems.
Not all of these users will be able to run RefViz successfully.
Additionally, please note that some users have experienced difficulties installing and using RefViz on certain versions of Windows XP.
